- 125 g blueberries
- 6 c. soup Oatmeal
- 175 g Flour
- 25 g Coconut flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 50 g Almond powder
- 60 g Grape seed oil
- 25 cl Almond milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 sachet Chemical yeast
- 1/4 c. coffee Bicarbonate food
- 4 c. soup Flaked almonds
Directions of Blueberry and muesli muffins
- Start this blueberry muffin recipe by preheating the oven at 180 ° C (tea 6). Whip the egg with the sugar. Add the milk, then the oil, then stir in the flours, almond powder, yeast and baking soda. Mix well.
- Add the blueberries in the dough and 3 tablespoons of oatmeal. Mix. Pour the dough into muffin pans filled with paper boxes. Sprinkle with remaining oatmeal and almonds.
