Ingredients of Pasta Salad and Green Asparagus
- 300 g Pasta
- 1 boot Green asparagus
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 200 g Mozzarella balls
- 2 spring onions
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 Lemon
- 1 handle Rocket
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
- 50 g Pine nuts
- 6 branches Basil
- 5 cl Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Start this asparagus pasta salad recipe by breaking the hard end of the asparagus. Rinse and cook for 10 to 12 minutes in a pan of boiling salted water. Immerse them immediately in the icy water and drain them. Cut them into sections.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for al dente cooking. Drain and let cool.
- Peel the garlic. Mix with pine nuts, parmesan, basil leaves and pepper until smooth. Gradually add the oil and add the lemon juice . Rectify the seasoning.
- Peel and chop the steaks. Rinse and dry the tomatoes, then cut them in half. Drain the mozzarella. Rinse and squeeze the arugula.
- Pour some sauce into the jars. Add the pasta, the vegetables, the scallions, the mozzarella and the arugula. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Book fresh until served.
