Ingredients
- 400 g Flour T45
- 12 g Baker’s yeast
- 1 C. soup Anise seeds
- 1 C. soup Sesame seeds
- 1 C. soup Sugar
- 30 g Melted butter
- 30 cl Lukewarm water
- 1 C. coffee Salt
Directions
- Begin this recipe of Moroccan bread with seeds by stirring the yeast in 5 cl of warm water. Let stand 10 min.
- Pour the salt, flour and seeds into a large bowl. Make a well, add sugar, butter, remaining warm water and diluted yeast. Mix by gradually incorporating the flour. Knead the dough by hand for ten minutes. Cover with a cloth and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Then work the dough by hand by folding it several times on itself. Form a ball and let stand 15 min.
- Spread the ball into a disc 25 cm in diameter. Arrange it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make incisions all around the disc. Pinch the ends to form points and then crisscross the top of the bread with a knife. Let rise another 20 min.
- Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (tea 7). Slip the plate into the oven and bake the bread for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool before eating.
