- 350 g mascarpone
- 3 Fresh eggs
- 200 g raspberries
- 85 g Sugar
- 24 Spoon biscuits
- 5 cl Raspberry liqueur
- 2 tbsp. soup Cocoa
Directions
- Start this raspberry tiramisu recipe by separating the whites from the egg yolks. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar for 5 minutes until the mixture whitens. Add the mascarpone, whisk. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently stir in the previous mixture three times.
- Pour the raspberry liqueur and 5 cl of water into a deep plate. Dip half of the cookies. Arrange them in the bottom of 6 glasses. Cover with mascarpone cream. Add the rest of the biscuits soaked in syrup, then the raspberries. Finish with the rest of the cream.
- Book a cool night before tasting. Sprinkle with cocoa just before serving.
