Tomato and pesto twists

- 200 g Torsade
- 250 g Cherry tomato
- 1 bouquet Basil
- 3 Clove garlic
- 60 g Hazelnut
- 1 Heart of sucrine
- 30 g Lardon
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Start this twist recipe with tomatoes and pesto by stripping the basil. Peel and deglaze the garlic cloves. Then mix the basil with hazelnuts, garlic and 5 cl of olive oil. Salt and keep aside.
Cook the pasta the time indicated on the package. Brown bacon in a frying pan without fat until golden brown.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Rinse, strip the heart of sucrine. Put it in a salad bowl with bacon, add a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta. Add them to the bowl. Pour the pesto with hazelnuts, pepper and mix. To be enjoyed alone.
