  • 200 g Torsade
  • 250 g Cherry tomato
  • 1 bouquet Basil
  • 3 Clove garlic
  • 60 g Hazelnut
  • 1 Heart of sucrine
  • 30 g Lardon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Start this twist recipe with tomatoes and pesto by stripping the basil. Peel and deglaze the garlic cloves. Then mix the basil with hazelnuts, garlic and 5 cl of olive oil. Salt and keep aside.
  • Cook the pasta the time indicated on the package. Brown bacon in a frying pan without fat until golden brown.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Rinse, strip the heart of sucrine. Put it in a salad bowl with bacon, add a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Drain the pasta. Add them to the bowl. Pour the pesto with hazelnuts, pepper and mix. To be enjoyed alone.
