Ingredients
For 1 big cake:
- 400 g Mushrooms to choose from
- 200 g Wheat flour
- 20 cl Water
- 50 g Spring onion
- 50 g Grated carrot
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil
For the sauce:
- 2 tbsp. soup Soya sauce
- 1/2 c. soup Rice vinegar
Instructions
- Start this Korean slab recipe by slicing the mushrooms into 3-m slices. Cut the spring onion every 4 cm. Mix the flour, water, spring onion, carrot and half of the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper.
- Oil a heated skillet over medium heat, spread out the dough quickly, put on slices of mushrooms. Press them firmly with a spatula. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, turn the cake over and cook until golden brown. Cut it in parts and serve it without waiting with the sauce.
