  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 lb. French green beans
  • 10 oz. mushrooms
  • ½ cup chicken broth unsalted
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half + 1 Tbsp flour for lighter version)
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese more for garnish

instructions

  1. In a big skillet, add olive oil and butter to the pan and warmth it over medium high warmth. when the pan is hot, add sliced fowl, season it with salt and lemon pepper right inside the pan, and cook for about 4 mins on every facet until chook slices are barely browned. subsequent upload garlic, beans and mushrooms.
