An original and tart version of tiramisu: with lemon! Discover our easy and gourmet recipe.

Ingredients

 

  • 350 g mascarpone
  • 24 Spoon biscuits
  • 3 Fresh eggs
  • 105 g Sugar
  • 100 g Lemon curd
  • 5 cl Limoncello
  • 2 tbsp. soup Cocoa

Directions

  1. Start this lemon tiramisu recipe by making a syrup with 10cl of water, limoncello and 20g of sugar. Carry everything in a saucepan and let cool.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks 5 minutes with the remaining sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the mascarpone, whisk.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently stir in the previous mixture three times. Dip the biscuits quickly in the syrup.
  4. Mount the tiramisus by putting 2 biscuits cut in pieces in the bottom of 6 verrines. Cover with half of the mascarpone cream. Cover with remaining cookies, then lemon curd . Finish with cream. Book a cool night.
  5. When serving, sprinkle the cocoa top.
