Ingredients
- 350 g mascarpone
- 24 Spoon biscuits
- 3 Fresh eggs
- 105 g Sugar
- 100 g Lemon curd
- 5 cl Limoncello
- 2 tbsp. soup Cocoa
Directions
- Start this lemon tiramisu recipe by making a syrup with 10cl of water, limoncello and 20g of sugar. Carry everything in a saucepan and let cool.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks 5 minutes with the remaining sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the mascarpone, whisk.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently stir in the previous mixture three times. Dip the biscuits quickly in the syrup.
- Mount the tiramisus by putting 2 biscuits cut in pieces in the bottom of 6 verrines. Cover with half of the mascarpone cream. Cover with remaining cookies, then lemon curd . Finish with cream. Book a cool night.
- When serving, sprinkle the cocoa top.
