Easy Ground Turkey Curry

A ground turkey curry dish that is wholesome, low-sugar, gluten-free, Paleo and complete of clean to find Indian spices. have you ever noticed how at some point you find yourself being k simply eating a bite or two of a dessert, and then some days later you are 3 helpings in? That’s my dating with sugar.  A love/hate, all or nothing form of relationship. i really like it while it’s far in my mouth, however guy do I experience awful as soon as i am finished eating.


I’ve attempted multiple preventive medications, and am seeing a neurologist, a TMD specialist, a chiropractor and a physician who makes a speciality of nutritional counseling.  My case is whatever but trustworthy. I realize I genuinely have a few postural misalignments due to years of crouching over textbooks, but deep down I additionally think some thing isn’t always quite right in my diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 lb. ground turkey 93/7
  • 1 – 1 ½ cup coconut milk lite
  • Cooked Quinoa or Rice
  • Cilantro optional

Curry Seasoning:

  • 1 ½ tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. garam masala
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
  • ⅛ tsp. turmeric
  • ⅛ tsp. cayenne (or ¼ if you like spice)
  • 1 tsp. salt to taste
  • ½ tsp. pepper

commands

  1. Saute onion in olive oil in a huge skillet or pan over medium warmth for five-6 minutes, or until onions flip translucent.
  2. add garlic and floor turkey.  cook for some other 7-10 minutes over medium warmth, or till meat is cooked through.
  3. while meat is cooking whisk together the seasoning substances in a small bowl.
  4. once meat is achieved cooking, add seasoning components and coconut milk to the pan and stir till blended. (in case you want your curry absolutely thick, use much less milk. if you would like it much less thick, upload extra milk)
  5. reduce warmth to low and permit simmer for every other 10 minutes.
  6. Serve curry over rice or quinoa and sprinkle with cilantro. enjoy!
