Cheesecake Fat Bombs

If you want cheesecake and are looking for a brief excessive fat snack to meet your longing for something candy, you will love these Cheesecake fats Bombs. I simply wrote this recipe for my exceptional friend, who occasionally struggles with midnight sweets cravings.  She is often challenged with no longer having enough wholesome fats, so this recipe helps her in each areas!  I brought them to her at lunch the day before today and i’m happy to document she notion they have been “phenomenal”!


Smooth and creamy cheesecake bites loaded with healthful fats to satisfy your candy enamel!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup  swerve confectioners
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons  vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/4 cup Lily’s Chocolate chips and 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil to melt and drizzle over the tops

preparation

  1. Preheat oven to350F.
  2. add the cream cheese and sour cream to a massive mixing bowl and whip it the use of a hand mixer (or stand mixer).  upload in a single egg at a time and hold mixing. mix inside the rest of the components, till nicely blended.
  3. the use of a mini cookie scoop or melon baller, scoop the batter (it will be free) into the fats bomb molds and bake for 15- 20 mins or until set.  The very middle will nonetheless have a moderate jiggle to it, do now not over-bake these.  Mine took exactly 20 minutes.
