Cream of leek and potatoes

- 2 Leek
- 600 g Potato
- 1 Onion
- 25 g Butter
- 10 cl Crème
- 1 barrel Chervil
- 1/2 c. coffee nutmeg
- 1 cube Poultry broth
- Salt and pepper
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Melt the butter in a casserole, add the onion and the sliced leeks. Make blond for 5 min. Pour 1 liter of water in the casserole with the bouillon cube and the potatoes. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and cover.
Let simmer 20 min. When the vegetables are cooked, mix them. Heat in the casserole add cream and nutmeg. Season.
Wash the chervil, chop it coarsely and add it to the soup.
